I will be bringing my art to the event and putting it up the evening of July 1st by 5pm. I believe the Conferance begins at 6pm but full information should be available at genderqueerrevolution.org

Plummer Park in the City of West Hollywood , 7377 Santa Monica Boulevard, in beautiful West Hollywood California!

Celebration, invocation, and performance

4 PM: Set-up

5 PM: Art set-up

6 PM: Doors open

7 PM: Behold a People: Gender History (Symbolic call to G.E.N.D.E.R.S.) ~ Rabbi Levi

8 PM: Performance

9 PM: Celebrate, Get Down, Get Funky

9:45 PM: Clean-up

Sunday: Un-workshops

8:30 AM: Set-up

9:30 AM: Calling together of minds & S/spirits

9:45-10:45 AM: Genderqueer & Trans Media Images ~ Shauna Madrigal

10:45-11:45 AM: Vocal Gender ~ Zarah Ersoff

11:45-12:45: Isolation (with art creation) ~ Mike/Michelle Dennis with lunch courtesy of the City of West Hollywood and the West Hollywood Transgender Taskforce

12:45-2 PM: S/M Spirituality for GenderQueer Persons: The Philosophy of Chado ~ Shirley Bushnell

2 PM: Clean up, and then on to celebrate each other and change the world!

What's Happening at G.E.N.D.E.R.S.:

SATURDAY NIGHT: Think "party," a kick-off celebration, plus a symbolic call to G.E.N.D.E.R.S ., mixed in with some interactive performances, "living art," & a few surprises. With special guests Rabbi Levi, Talia Mae Bettcher, riKu Matsuda, & Ricky "Daddy Rick" Garcia.

SUNDAY: Un-workshops featuring Shirley Bushnell, Mike/Michelle Dennis, Zara Ersoff, Shauna Madrigal, and all of us sharing group experiences together.

ART: Rather than having a separate art show, we're incorporating the Art into the jubilation, celebration, invocation, shared group experiences, & un-workshops that will make up the whole gestalt of the G.E.N.D.E.R.S . experience. Everything will blend together throughout the conference, boundaries blurring, & people, experiences, & things becoming One. Really. Featuring art from Rikki, jaguar b, Kale, Dan Dumont, Sean-Michael Bryce, Shirley Bushnell, Diane Rans, & all you beautiful, genderqueeriffic people. Throughout G.E.N.D.E.R.S., consider the art as another conference participant, in the midst of & a part of it all. The art, as will we all, lend its energy to the whole & come away from it transformed & changed at a cosmic level.

Art & Meditation: Whenever you have a moment, feel free to reflect, meditate, & think deeply upon your G.E.N.D.E.R.S. experience, your Selfhood, & your gender by drawing, doodling, & writing on the available paper in the Sanctuary. Express yourself & leave some of yourself with G.E.N.D.E.R.S.!

Purchase Art: You will have opportunities to purchase unique genderqueer art. Proceeds go toward supporting genderqueer culture, outreach, & more genderqueeriffic events in the future!

SODAS & SNACKS: $1 sodas, snacks vary
